Group Classes

Feeling unsure of where to start or do you need a little extra motivation to keep your workouts consistent? We’ve got you covered! Cardio Express X-Zone members enjoy access to a wide variety of small group training classes developed to educate and challenge you in your fitness journey. Make your workouts more fun, meet other members with common goals, and get the support you need in these nationally certified instructor taught classes.

All classes are allotted a one hour time block. The workout phase for each class is approximately 45 minutes, leaving available time for you to meet with your coach. For your convenience, group training classes may be scheduled up to one week in advance by contacting your local Cardio Express club. Class availability and schedules vary by location. Small group training classes, Spinning classes, and yoga are exclusive to our X-Zone membership option only. See club for details.
